I've spend my Sunday at AMORE fitness club today!! yeah yeah~ dear asked me wanna go or not on sat.. but i didn't expect her to get her shoes on the same day too! den she asked me to check the class out..
we attended the HI-LO low class.. i didn't really hv a proper attire lor.. sad.. my pants look as if i'm goin to bed! lol.. i still didn't manage to get the pants i wanted cuz the stock juz runs out too quickly for the color i wanted..
Anyway, the class was fun & tiring! both me n dear were like 花蝴蝶.. 满场飞~ lol.. ppl turn finish den we turn.. lol.. we are always the slower one cuz we were the only beginners in class.. n so we juz keeps on laughing cuz we r lost! lol.. but i muz say it's really interesting! i would prefer Kick Boxing class.. but... maybe i shall sign up for those plan next time.. can spend my bo liao time there..
After the class, we went to the gym for awhile cuz the changing room is pack! after gym, we went for steam bath..the moment i step in, i couldn't breath! wahaha~ no joke bout it.. it's juz too hot n the air couldn't reach my lungs making me feel very suffocated..
But later, dear calm me down by asking me to tok.. yeah.. indeed, it's alright after awhile.. everyone is juz wrap in towels.. so am i.. it's the 1st time i'm doin tis! i dun know how long we stayed in there.. but i know we both were covered in water and i kept on saying all my pores are open! n dear kept saying she forgotten to bring the conditioner for her hair for steaming.. wahaha~
The moment we stepped out of the rm, we looked at the mirror.. n dear say, 'we look like lobsters~' indeed lor.. the hand the face, all red! blood is flowing so well.. maybe can sprinkle some cheese on us to make it delicious~ wahahahaha~
It's a very special experience to go to such places for me.. during shower, the door is abit translucent.. so ppl outside could actually see ur naked body juz tat it isn't clear.. n the door is nt fully close nor does it hv locks ok! it juz closes wit gaps between the door n wall.. lol..
But well, it's a all female club so doesn't matter ba.. juz get it over n done wit.. everything is supplied there.. i really quite enjoy those facilities.. but i juz dun like they will kept on forcing u to sign up for the package.. lol
We went to pasta mania for meal.. n there goes the work out liao lor.. shop ard n gt myself a t-shirt from GIO.. we both gt the same shirt n dear mention tat we r goin to wear the same shirt out next week! walau~
It's been YEARS since i last wear same clothing wit friends liao leh.. like sec sch days..
For now, i think my whole body is tearing apart liao.. i'm tired~ can hv a gd nite slp tonite finally~
